This game has completely different rules from the 1995 version, which was reissued in 2017 in a wooden box but with the same old rules. The rules also seem to be different from the 2019 playable prop replica. The focus of the new game is an actual jungle adventure.

The 2021 version has similar wooden box, but the board now has four undifferentiated pathways over a jungle scene with a waterfall and a volcano and other jungle details. The pawns now look like the rhinoceros figure from the original movie. It comes with two regular six-sided dice, four six-sided "challenge dice", 12 life tokens, and a sand timer. When the lid opens the two sides have the same text as the game in the original movie.

It has a deck of 100 "challenge cards" and a green card reader which doesn't work very well. (There's also an electronic version that reads the text.) On the front of the card is a hidden riddle, from which you're supposed to guess one of 20 categories.

On the back of the card is a "challenge". These range from the sort of dice rolling that was used in the old game to physical role-playing activities like jumping across an imagined chasm or racing to the refrigerator to get a piece of fruit and taking a bite before the timer runs out. There are storytelling challenges like imagining there's a lion and telling how you'd get away from it, acting challenges like having the whole group howl like wolves, and trivia questions relating to the jungle.

If you fail a challenge you lose a life token. If any player loses three life tokens the group as a whole loses the game, but players can give their life tokens to another player.

How to play

Scan: The DJ scans the card using the HITSTER app and follows the on-screen instructions. A song should start playing.
Place: Position the music card: The player to the left of the DJ positions the card face down (without peeking at the underside) in the correct spot on their timeline by placing it to the left/right or in between the other music cards in front of them, with the earliest song on their left.
Flip: Flip the music card: If it is in the correct position, they get to keep the card. Otherwise, discard it unless another player has correctly placed a HITSTER token. Cards of the same year can be in either order, even when that song was released earlier in that year. Now the DJ plays a new song and it’s the next player’s turn.
Win: Play continues to the left until one of the players has 10 cards correctly positioned in their timeline. That player is the winner of the game and earns the title of HITSTER!

Rummikub Travel is a smaller, portable version of Rummikub Classic. With smaller tiles and collapsible racks, this is a convenient way to play your favourite Rummikub game on the move. Using the box lid as a pool for the communal tiles, you have everything you need to start laying sets and runs.
If you are not already familiar with its big brother, Rummikub Travel is a compact tile implementation of the card game, Rummy. Played over a number of rounds (or even a single game if time is tight) and using coloured numbered tiles (1-13), players win by being the first to get rid of all of their tiles. Tiles can be laid in sets (or "runs") of at least 3 tiles. These runs can be consecutive numbers of the same colour or sets of the same number using the four different coloured "suits".

After the first turn (which must include tiles which total at least 30), players may add tiles from their own racks of 14 starting tiles to existing runs by and/or rearrange existing sets in order to place them down. Two smiley face Joker tiles are wild and can represent any number or colour. If a player cannot lay a tile, they must pick one from the communal pool.

Beware, however, because any unsuccessful meddling with those melds will result in a 3 tile penalty. Plus, at the end of the game, any tiles left over on players’ racks will sum to form the winner’s victory point total! And that little Joker? Hold onto it for too long and that is a 30 point penalty at end game scoring!

Hurt Party: A Game of Bad Apologies pokes fun at all of the terrible ways we say we’re sorry.

Inside the cake-inspired box, you’ll find 250 terrible apology cards and 250 hurt cards.

Everyone starts with seven Apology Cards. In each round, one person is the “Hurt Party,” the person whose feelings were hurt, and they read out a random Hurt Card explaining what has hurt them.

Hurt Card examples include:
“You ignored my cat.”
“You broke my favorite mug.”
“You left without saying goodbye!”

The Hurt Party then decides which apology is their favorite, and gives their Hurt card to the player with the best (or worst!) apology.

Apology card examples include:
“You’ll be fine.”
“Sorry, I’m the worst.”

Star Wars: Bounty Hunters is a light strategy game, in which players compete to be the best bounty hunter in the galaxy. Players have three goals which will help them earn points: capturing targets, completing contracts, and purchasing droids and crates at the Jawa market.

There is no down-time in this drafting game: everyone plays at the same time. Players start with 4 cards in hand. Each turn, players pick a card from one of the available piles (targets, hunters, contracts, and Jawa market). Then, they can choose to either play or sell a card. Finally, they pass their remaining hand to their left-hand neighbor.

Target cards have defense values, while hunter and droid cards have attack values. To capture a target, players must equal or exceed the target’s defense values by placing hunter and droid cards in front of their targets. Once a target is defeated, it is placed horizontally.

Players may also fill contracts by choosing contract cards. These grant bonus points for capturing specific targets and purchasing crates.

The first player to capture 4 targets earns bonuses, and this triggers the final 2 turns. Using the scorepad, players count the points they earned from capturing targets, filling contracts, and purchasing crates, and they deduce points they spent to hire hunters. The player with the most points is declared the best bounty hunter in the galaxy!
