In Project: ELITE, players are members of the ELITE squad on a mission to stop the invading forces of an alien empire. Stopping the invasion requires players to speedily roll dice as they take part in real-time, two-minute combat rounds against waves of terrifying enemies. Once the ELITE members take their turn, the aliens react. The game continues in this fast-yet-tactical series of rounds until the scenario is won or the aliens take the Earth.

This new edition of Project: ELITE will have new art, new miniatures, new card designs, new weapons, new ELITE members, new enemies, and more.

Frantic Fun!

Game is in real time so it can get pretty crazy as you all roll your nice to get as many kills you can get as the hordes of enemies keep coming, super fun!

Very fun real-time dice game.

I was surprised by this one, as real-time games haven't gone over so well with my group. This was immediately satisfying for players, and it doesn't get bogged down with too many rules. I only give it four stars, as I wonder about how whether it is worth the very high cost for a game that may not have the greatest replayability (I'm not sure if I'd be interested in playing it after a dozen plays). Probably better to try it before you buy, if at all possible (it is available to rent in Toronto).

A friend who can't stand coop games loves this coop game!

Trying to roll your dice and allocate them as quickly as possible within 2 minutes as the way to ward off swarms of "zombies" is loads of fun and hype. I love that the whole game is 8 rounds and each of the 8 rounds has 2 minutes of real-time pressure, but that there is also a phase between the rounds where you can strategize with your friends. It's fantastic that all players are playing simultaneously during the 2 minute phases so there's no downtime/turns/waiting. The game is very simple to play overall, and give you the option to play on easy (which really is easy), medium, and hard. One of the most fun games ever!

Easily my favorite real-time game! I didn't even know I liked real-time until I played this.
