Description from the publisher:
Martial Law is the fifth and penultimate Data Pack in the Flashpoint Cycle for Android: Netrunner, and it advances our understanding of how deeply New Angeles has plunged into chaos. Its citizens are trapped in their arcologies or huddled together in whatever safe places they can find. The city's streets have become a warzone. The corps can't or won't restore order.
The time has come for the U.S. government to intervene.
Shock and awe are the order of the day in Martial Law. Starting with two new neutral currents, one each for Runner and Corp, the expansion's sixty new cards (three copies each of twenty different cards) are going to bring a new order to the world's largest city—one way or another. But when this new order is established, who will be viewed as the winners? And what will they have gained?

Welcome to New Angeles, home of the Beanstalk. From our branch offices in this monument of human achievement, NBN proudly broadcasts all your favorite media programming. We offer fully comprehensive streaming in music and threedee, news and sitcoms, classic movies and sensies. We cover it all. Ours is a brave new age, and as humanity hurtles into space and the future with an astonishing series of new advances every day, NBN and our affiliates are keeping pace, bringing you all the vid that's fit to view.
Android: Netrunner is an asymmetrical Living Card Game for two players. Set in the cyberpunk future of Android and Infiltration, the game pits a megacorporation and its massive resources against the subversive talents of lone runners.
Corporations seek to score agendas by advancing them. Doing so takes time and credits. To buy the time and earn the credits they need, they must secure their servers and data forts with "ice". These security programs come in different varieties, from simple barriers, to code gates and aggressive sentries. They serve as the corporation's virtual eyes, ears, and machine guns on the sprawling information superhighways of the network.
In turn, runners need to spend their time and credits acquiring a sufficient wealth of resources, purchasing the necessary hardware, and developing suitably powerful ice-breaker programs to hack past corporate security measures. Their jobs are always a little desperate, driven by tight timelines, and shrouded in mystery. When a runner jacks-in and starts a run at a corporate server, he risks having his best programs trashed or being caught by a trace program and left vulnerable to corporate countermeasures. It's not uncommon for an unprepared runner to fail to bypass a nasty sentry and suffer massive brain damage as a result. Even if a runner gets through a data fort's defenses, there's no telling what it holds. Sometimes, the runner finds something of value. Sometimes, the best he can do is work to trash whatever the corporation was developing.
The first player to seven points wins the game, but not likely before he suffers some brain damage or bad publicity.

The fourth Data Pack in the Mumbad Cycle for Android: Netrunner, Salsette Islandintroduces sixty new cards (including a complete playset of nineteen different cards) that carry players deeper into the intrigues, bribes, blackmail, and cybercrime surrounding the Indian Union's heated national elections. As Akshara Sareen and her Ēkatā Party ride the surging interest in clone rights to take a lead in the polls, top executives from all four Corp factions become increasingly willing to forge expedient and beneficial alliances in order to counter (or exploit) the party's growing political influence and preserve their existing business models.
Meanwhile, the teeming masses and crowded streets of Salsette Island offer the game's Runners myriad places from which they can launch clever new cyberassaults against the Corps. You'll find the game's three Runner factions making notable entrances to the slums, mingling at exclusive parties, hitting the bazaars, flying sports hoppers, and garnering the support of new patrons. With a host of Runner cards that focus more on Mumbad's meatspace than the virtual world, Salsette Island allows you to press your attacks against the Corps more effectively on every front.

Democracy and Dogma is the third Data Pack in the Mumbad Cycle for Android: Netrunner, and its sixty new cards (including a complete playset of nineteen different cards) are full of snooping, blackmail, coercion, and seedy political dealings as all the game's major players look for ways to take advantage of the chaos surrounding the Indian Union's heated national elections. At the heart of it all is the information broker and new Criminal Runner, Nero Severn, who arrives with his new console, consumer-grade hardware, and network of informants.
Meanwhile, Jinteki struggles to reshape the dialogue surrounding the issue of clone rights, and Haas-Bioroid launches a clone suffrage movement and voting machine initiative to capitalize on their rival's moment of weakness. Nero Severn finds himself in a unique position to exercise his skills for gathering and monetizing everyone's dirty secrets, and there's no shortage of targets. In the heart of Mumbad's political sector, clone rights advocate Akshara Sareen, local councilmen, Jinteki's PR division, and other players are all hard at work, vying for the population's hearts, minds, and votes.

"The Underway is a funky, chaotic, and eclectic mix of architecture and ethnicities. What unifies it is a general counterculture vibe – the sense that they are pioneers and iconoclasts. But this independent spirit paved the way for the rise of Los Muertos."
–Exposé on The Underway: Part IV – Days of the Muertos
The Underway, the fourth Data Pack in the SanSan Cycle for Android: Netrunner, explores the meat space, culture, and residents of the megacity SanSan. The cradle of high-end tech, home to beautiful beaches, and the host of the World Expo, SanSan is also still recovering from "The Big One", the cataclysmic earthquake that opened up the San Andreas fault and redefined America's western coast. However, this event that was disastrous for many was an opportunity for others, some of whom quickly moved their homes and businesses into the new space that was created.
Accordingly, the sixty new cards in The Underway (three copies each of twenty different cards) explore this new space and its motley assembly of different architectural styles, ethnicities, and cultural influences. They also explore the pervasive influence of Los Muertos, a street gang whose members are identified by their bioluminescent tattoos and who deal in illegal tech as much as they deal in flesh and drugs. Through the introduction of new resources, illicit hardware, and clever programs, the gang’s criminal influence pervades every aspect of this Data Pack, starting with a new Criminal Runner identity, then reaching outward as other Runner factions are supplied with the sort of tech you don't normally find in America, and finally rippling into every aspect of every card as Corps are forced to deal with the gang’s members in one way or another.

Lopez is part of a fast-growing community in Chrome City and across the West Coast. They call themselves chromeheads, and they wear their implants as fashion accessories.
Function breeds fashion in Chrome City, the third Data Pack in the SanSan Cycle for Android: Netrunner! Sixty new cards (three copies each of twenty individual cards) introduce players to the northern SanSan borough of Chrome City. Here, among the sketchy chop shops planted in the shadow of Haas-Bioroid’s genetics division, a growing community of chromeheads have begun to transform cybernetics into fashion statements.
If the surgery’s good, the latest cybernetics don’t just make you trendy; they also make you smarter, stronger, and more resilient. But a bad chopper’s just as likely to cause you irreparable brain damage as outfit you for the runways. Accordingly, Chrome City and its cybernetic hardware introduce a volatile mixture of risks and rewards, many of which are centered around protecting or damaging the Runner’s brain.

Additionally, a number of other cards ensure that every action ripples outward and spurs new responses. You’ll find a trio of Corp agendas with powerful "when scored" abilities and trace cards that can hit the Runner even if their traces fail.

Note: This is not a standalone product and you'll need the base game Android: Netrunner to play.
A lot of your standard Runner tricks don't work on the moon. The Corps have the place locked down tight. Wave fields may fry your brain. Ice may change shape on you mid-run. Corps expand and contract their servers at will. It's a tricky environment for any Runner to navigate, and the further you remain from your target, the more likely you'll be caught off-guard.
Up and Over is the fourth Data Pack in the "Lunar Cycle" for Android: Netrunner. A search for the mysterious "source code" leads the game's Runners to the shadiest edges of Heinlein, the moon's only established city. The sixty cards in Up and Over (three copies each of twenty different cards) explore the city's Docklands, where even coordinated corporate crackdowns won't necessarily ferret out every black marketeer willing to provide Runners with a steady supply of illicit technology. In this new environment, to survive you must adapt. Thankfully illicit dealers will supply anything to anyone...for the right price.

The epic adventure that begins in the shadowed streets and alleyways of Gondor's greatest city reaches its conclusion with a desperate battle at the very gates of Mordor...
The Morgul Vale is the climactic final Adventure Pack in the "Against the Shadow" cycle for The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game! After exploring underworld locations, encountering hidden ambushes, and rallying the troops during battles and sieges, the new scenario from The Morgul Vale presents Middle-earth's greatest heroes with an opportunity to ride against the strength of Mordor itself. Should they succeed, though, the heroes will find no peace. Instead, they must fend for their lives in battle against one of Mordor's undying captains: the Nazgûl of Minas Morgul!
Meanwhile, while the "Against the Shadow" cycle has developed the Gondor trait and strengthened mono-sphere decks, The Morgul Vale draws the cycle's focus on these themes to a close. Players gain an inspiring new hero and three copies of each new player card.

"We have this honour: ever we bear the brunt of the chief hatred of the Dark Lord, for that hatred comes down out of the depths of time and over the deeps of the Sea."
–Denethor, The Return of the King
After Lord Boromir valiantly leads the war host of Gondor to reclaim the city of Osgiliath, he asks the Rangers of Ithilien to pursue their retreating foes. He also asks several of Middle-earth's greatest heroes to join the hunt.
The Blood of Gondor is the fifth Adventure Pack in the "Against the Shadow" cycle for The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game. It immerses players in the dangers and the thrills of the hunt. They control Middle-earth's heroes in an all-new scenario in which they seek to stop their foes from retreating and regrouping. However, the forest roads of Ithilien are full of perils, and the Orcs and Uruks of Mordor lurk in wait along the way. Will the hunters become the hunted? Not only do the sixty cards in The Blood of Gondor introduce a new scenario, but they also offer players a new hero and three copies each of several new player cards that reinforce the "Against the Shadow" cycle's focus on the Gondor trait and cards that enhance the viability of decks built from a single sphere.
