Whenever a player fulfills an achievement, they place one of their discs on the achievement board. On a turn, the active player requests a card from an opponent. If the opponent refuses to hand it over, they keep in their area for scoring at game's end; if they do hand it over, they can try to claim a card from the active player's hand — and the active player can then agree to this trade (with players swapping cards and scoring them) or refuse (with each scoring their own card). Regine is a card game of betting and bluffing, designed by Dani Gómez and Josep M Allué, the author of games like The Color Monster, Castellers!, and Dragons & Chickens. It is illustrated by Bea Tormo. It’s for 2 to 4 players ages 10 and up and games last around 30 minutes. Regine brings us back to the European courts of the end of the 16th century and the goal is to be the first player to reach 31 points.

Watch your backs…because the daggers are flying! In Regine the interaction among players is constant and the majority of the effects of the cards affect the hands of your rivals. As the game progresses, each player tries to get the best combinations to score points but they don’t always have control over their hands.

The intuitive card design makes it quick and easy to learn how they function. And if you know how to play Mus, some of the rules will seem familiar. Rounds are structured in 3 phases: hand construction in which players try to get the most favorable card combinations, a betting phase where they bid on the best hands, and point resolution. To start, put the 4 scoring cards in the middle of the table alongside the betting chits. Shuffle the remaining 40 cards, deal 4 face down to each player, and put the rest in the middle of the table. You’re now ready to start the first phase!

In a turn, a player can do 1 of 4 actions. The first is change one of the cards in their hand for the top card of the deck. The second is to announce “no changes,” which blocks the rest of the players from changing cards from the deck. The third is play a card either face down or face up on the table. If a card is placed face up, it may trigger an action. The jester, for example, negates a “no changes” declaration previously made by another player. The peasant forces a player to play a card face up on the table and use its effect. The assassin eliminates a card that has been played on the table, the courtesan forces a player to reveal a card that has been played face down, the herald lets one look at the top card of the deck and the knight forces one to change a card from their hand. Finally, each player can also pass and when all players pass, all remaining cards are placed face down and the betting phase begins.

Be sharp and observant, because it’s now time to bluff! Taking turns, the players will bet on the scoring cards. They’ll bet on the highest number of queens and jesters, on pairs and trios of cards, and for the total value of their cards. It’s not always necessary to have the best hand in order to score points! You can always trick the other players into thinking you have better hand than you really do. In the last phase, the resolution, all cards are revealed and points are awarded. Rounds continue like this until a player reaches 31 points.

A good memory and a big dose of shrewdness will be your best allies in Regine, ensuring quick games and hours of fun. Families and friends, young and old will enjoy this game (try playing with your grandparents or card playing in-laws and they’ll quickly get the knack). Walkie Talkie is a cooperative game in which players will have a very limited amount of time (30 seconds per player) to get rid of all the cards in their hand. If they manage to do so they beat the game and they can write down their score. AS its a coop game, either we all get rid of our cards and win together, or we don't win at all.

Everybody is playing their cards at the same time. There will be a pile of coulored cards on the table, next to a pile with letters. In order to get rid of a card from their hand, a player must say a word that starts with the letter and matches the color of the card that they wish to play, combining that with the card that is not getting covered. For example, in order to play a "B" card next to a yellow card you could say "Banana!". Or if you want to play an orange card next to an "L" you could say "Lion!". Communication is vital to being successful in this addictive co-op card game.

Choose which Cactus card you want to take and decide which side you will handle it by. When you flip it over, you may get a nice set of flowers or an itchy prick in your finger!

Ouch! is a game for the whole family, especially for the younger ones. In this game players will take turns choosing the Cactus card with the prettiest flowers they want to bring over to their collection. Before taking the card they’ll need to indicate which side of the card they will touch, and then flip it handling only that side of the card. If the reverse is clear on that side, they can take the card and score that number of flowers. If the reverse shows a cactus full of thorns, they will lose the card.

As soon as someone manages to keep eight cards (or the deck runs out), players will count the number of flowers they’ve managed to collect. The one with the highest number of flowers in their collection will win the game.

They will have a series of construction cards in a common “market”, and each of the players shall be tied to a number of project tiles. The players take turns drawing cards and the tiles that accompany them, and then place them in their personal playing area. The cards must be laid out in a maximum of three lines and must be placed so that they are always in ascending numerical value. Once the card has been placed, the tiles are then put on the spaces for them on the cards, in an attempt to group together the various projects in the most efficient way possible.

The tiles show what projects are available, all of which are essential for the construction of the city worthy of the term. They include oxygen collectors, greenhouses, residential complexes and (of extreme importance) sales offices to sell apartments with the best views in the galaxy. Each of these categories scores according to how they are arranged within the personal area of each player. Whoever is able to best take advantage of their arrangement and placement shall become the mayor of LUNA Capital.

In Bitoku, the players take on the roles of Bitoku spirits of the forest in their path towards transcendence, with the goal of elevating themselves and becoming the next great spirit of the forest. The Red Cathedral is a medium-weight strategy eurogame about the building of the St. Basil's Cathedral on Moscow in the XVI century.

You have to pick to pick 1 action out 4 possibles:

Secure a section of the Cathedral
You will build this section and for that you're rewarded with the chance of expanding your workshop with bonus tiles and/or helpers.

Go to the market
Move one die from the dice rondel and get the resources depicted. Also, activate any bonus tile and/or helper that you have linked to the dice you choose.

Send materials
Send up to 3 resources to a section in construction. If you finish it, you will be rewarded with money and experience.

Play a helper
Pay its cost in money and place it in your workshop.

Whenever you have constructed all of your possible sections, the game ends.

Players in The Color Monster collaborate to help the Monster figure out his emotions. In turns, they roll the die that allows them to move the Monster around the board. When the Monster goes to a space with an emotion token, the player can pick it up and look for the right jar. The jars are all placed on shelves with their colors hidden. If the player chooses the jar which matches the color of the emotion, then they can place the emotion token into the jar. Otherwise, the jar goes back to the shelf as it was. In order to pick up an emotion token, players have to explain a memory or a situation in which they feel like the emotion they are picking up (Happiness, Sadness, Anger, Fear or Calm). The players can lose the game if the Monster gets too confused and they flip over too many mixed emotion jars, or win the game when the emotions are all placed in their correct jars.

We are in Barcelona in the late 19th century. The old city walls have just been torn down, finally freeing the city's growth outward towards the old villages that surround it. Based on the plans by Cerdà, the construction of Barcelona's famous Eixample (Catalan for "expansion") has begun. It is a period of great prosperity when the burgeoning upper middle class families found their fortunes and used their wealth to demonstrate their power by constructing unique buildings and supporting initiatives for the city's inhabitants. However, not everything is so pleasant in the city. Its prosperity is drawing more and more people to work in the big city, and revolutionary movements are taking hold among the city's unemployed workers.

Barcelona: The Rose of Fire is a board game for 2-4 players in which the players compete for social prestige and personal wealth while trying to avoid the revolution that is spreading through the city.

In more detail, the players take turns using cards to build their influence by constructing buildings (tiles) in the new city, outside the old medieval walls. The better and more spectacular the construction, the more notoriety they gain. But at the same time, this construction boon brings many workers who are living in much cheaper venues. Building high-class buildings, while rewarding in terms of prestige, may generate unrest amongst the popular classes. In order to avoid strikes and riots, players have to make sure that they construct buildings for the popular classes as well.

During the construction phase, players place workers in the Raval zone depending on the sort of buildings they construct. At the end of each era, all those workers are placed into a bag, alongside peacekeeping soldiers. Depending on the level of unrest, a number of these figures are drawn from the bag and the player with more figures drawn from their color suffers a strike.

In February 1895, London woke up with a loud bang. A large pillar of smoke showed that a bomb had exploded in the Houses of Parliament. Security forces were activated immediately and they arrested a suspicious young laborer near the area.

Mycroft Holmes at the service of the crown was commissioned to investigate the relationship of the young laborer with anarchist groups, and he thinks it will be an easy task that he can do from the comfort of his armchair in the Diogenes Club — until he is informed of disturbing news. His younger brother, Sherlock Holmes, Consulting Detective, has been hired by the boy's parents to prove the innocence of his son, who believes to be a scapegoat of a dark conspiracy.

A game of Holmes: Sherlock & Mycroft lasts seven turns (days of investigation). At the beginning of each day, famous characters extracted from the books of Arthur Conan Doyle appear in London.

Each player has three action tokens that move from one character to another to use their special abilities, knowing that a player can never have two tokens on the same character. Therefore, you need to free a character before reuse. The abilities of the characters allow them to obtain Evidence Cards or gain Investigation Tokens in multiple ways. The game has a great replayability because it is not for sure that a character with a specific ability makes his appearance on the board in the Day 1 or in the final Day 7. Each game is different!
